We’re getting two new power sources for our PCs in the form of the ROG Strix 650w and 720w PSUs!

ROG is slowly invading the Desktop market as they continue to push out their own in-house components to the market. For years, they mainly manufactured motherboards and graphics cards. Now, we’re seeing AIO coolers, cases, power supply units (PSU), and the like. Now, at Computex 2019, ROG unveils two new PSUs to bolster their lineup — the Strix 650w and Strix 750w.

The Strix 650w and 750w are both 80 Plus Gold certified PSUs rocking a 10-year warranty service and a unique cooling system. The two PSUs feature 135mm fans that can run silently via a dedicated switch, and oversized heatsinks to handle heat dissipation without much air intervention. ROG is boasting noise levels of only up to 25dB even at full blast thanks to their Axial-tech fan design.

We’re also getting modular cables for added flexibility and less cable clutter. To top it all off, ROG is including logo magnets and flairs to further customize the looks of the Strix 650w and 750w as the pair don all-black frames out of the box. Pricing and availability are yet to be announced.
