ROG is back with another Zephyrus, this time packing a lot more power than its predecessor. Including an all-new impressive display and the return of the ROG Screenpad Plus. Say hello to the ROG Zephyrus Duo 16.
Unlike the SE before it, the ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 is a complete update of the dual-screen gaming machine. Under the hood, you get up to an AMD Ryzen 6980HK processor, up to an Nvidia RTX 3080 Ti, up to 64GB of RAM, and up to 4GB of SSD storage. Basically, you’re getting the best that the market has to offer. However, this is not the Duo 16’s main selling point, that honor still belongs to the dual-screen setup. One of them though is getting a much-needed upgrade
We still have the ROG Screenpad Plus as the secondary monitor with up to a 4k, 14.1″ option. Like before, this one rises along with the display lid to provide better cooling and ergonomics. As for the main display, we now have two options that meet the ROG Nebula Display specifications. The first one is a 16:10 QHD, 165 Hz HDR panel. The other is a ROG-exclusive dubbed a Dual Spec Panel. This one gives users the ability to switch between a 4k, 120Hz and 1080p, 240Hz configurations.
To house all that power, ROG is slapping the Duo 16 with Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut Extreme liquid metal cooling. No word yet on pricing and availability.
