The ROG Flow Z13 is the Republic’s newest bet for CES 2022!

It’s the start of 2022, meaning it’s now time for the first big tech event, the Consumer Electronics Show (CES). ROG is taking charge by showcasing their latest and greatest creations. One of which is a powerful gaming tablet in a familiar form. Say hello to the ROG Flow Z13, featuring PC specs in a more mobile format. We’re also getting a revamped and more powerful ROG Flow X13.

ROG is going all out on the Z13 slapping it with 12th Gen Intel Core processors and Nvidia RTX graphics cards. Couple that with a 13″ 4k display (3840 x 2400) screen, up to 16GB of RAM, and up to a 1TB SSD and you have what could be a mini PC. All those components are behind the body of the device. Allowing for more cooling and a wider vapor chamber.

Much like what we have with other tablets, the Z13 features a screen cover that doubles as a keyboard attachment. Giving the tablet support for keyboard and mouse controls. You have dual USB Type-C ports for external monitors and the XG Mobile Station. Speaking of the XG Mobile, for 2022 the external GPU solution is going with an AMD Radeon RX 6850M XT.

As for the updated Flow X13, we pretty much have the same body and form factor. The only change is we’re getting beefier internals with the Ryzen 9 6900HS and Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti. The display options remain the same too. The device comes with 4k, 60HZ and 1080p, 120Hz variants. No announcement yet on pricing and availability for both devices.
