Perhaps one of the most surprising announcements to come out of the June 2022 State of Play is Eternights. The game combines action and dating in a post-apocalyptic world.
Players try to find love in a hopeless place as one day humans started turning into dangerous monsters. Your goal is to, of course, survive and hopefully find a cure to end the apocalypse. You’re on a deadline though, as the clock is continuously ticking as you race to complete dungeons.
When you aren’t out and about slapping monsters around, well, you go dating with your fellow survivors. However, it’s not just quality time you get as growing closer to these characters provides you with unique skills and spells. Eternights launches early next year on the PS4 and PS5.
