July marks the start of the Yeager: Hunter Legend Open Beta. Anyone itching for a different take on the monster hunting genre has probably heard of IGG’s (Lord’s Mobile, Castle Clash) Yeager: Hunter Legend. The game had a few closed beta tests last year but is now ready for more players.
For those of you hearing about Yeager: Hunter Legend for the first time, it’s a monster hunting title releasing on mobile and PC. Think Capcom’s Monster Hunter but with its own unique twists. We have a selection of melee and ranged weapons and a companion known as a retainer, somewhat similar to Palicos and Palamutes in MH. The game has a more futuristic vibe and will also have 8-man raids. IGG is planning on starting the Yeager: Hunter Legend open beta sometime in mid to late July.
That’s a mere few days or just a week away. Speaking of IGG, they already have big plans ahead for Yeager. They’re promising controller support for PC and the development of new weapons are already underway. If you want to keep up to date on development and announcements, you can head on over to their discord server here. Stay tuned too as we’ll be testing the game out in its open beta since we’re fans of the genre.
