League of Legends is officially heading to Mobile and Consoles with Wild Rift!
In true celebratory fashion, Riot kicked off League of Legends’ 10th anniversary with a bang. The company bombarded the fans with a slew of announcements. One of them is League of Legends: Wild Rift, the much-awaited Mobile, and Console, iteration of LoL.
Wild Rift is the PC version rebuilt from the ground up. It has refreshed models, animations, and new game systems. So, this isn’t necessarily just a 1:1 port. Although, we still have the core 5v5 MOBA game mode as well as the original skills of our beloved champions. The Mobile version is pegged at a 2020 release, with consoles following soon after. Alpha and Beta testing will begin later this year, starting in China. You can go on ahead and sign-up for beta updates here. Alternatively, Android users can pre-register here.
