ConcernedApe just announced what’s coming to Stardew Valley 1.4!
ConcernedApe is hard at work even over the holidays as he teased what’s to come with Stardew Valley 1.4, the next free content update for the popular farming simulator.
Simultaneously, the next free content update (1.4) is coming along very well, it’s packed with new stuff and “quality of life” features that will make playing Stardew smoother and more fun. 1 example is the ability to pay Marlon to recover a lost item when you “die” in the mines!— ConcernedApe (@ConcernedApe) April 19, 2019
One of those “quality of life” improvements is having the ability to pay Marlon to recover a lost item you dropped from dying in the mines. ConcernedApe also revealed that the update contains multiplayer-only features. As always, the rollout will start with the PC version, then console and mobile will follow suit. Although, we expect that only the single player changes will be included on PS4, Xbox One, and mobile as multiplayer is yet to arrive on those platforms.
Release date is yet to be revealed, but we’ll surely keep our eyes peeled. ConcernedApe is also looking for an administrator for the new Stardew Valley team he’s forming. If you’re interested in applying for the position head on over here.
