The first ever Path of Exile player convention!
Grinding Gear Games (GGG) just announced their first ever player convention for the immensely popular hack n’ slash action RPG, Path of Exile — Aptly named, ExileCon. It will run from November 16-17, 2019, in Auckland, New Zealand.
The event looks to be one huge festival dedicated to all things Path of Exile, as it should be. Attendees will get to experience announcements on future updates for the game, get the chance to play unreleased content, participate in tournaments, witness talks from the devs, and just generally bond with fellow players around the world.
There are three ticket options — Regular (at $200, ~Php 10,552), VIP (at $500, ~Php 26,380), and Ultra VIP (at $1000, ~Php 52,760). Sadly, at the time of writing, only the regular tickets remain. The Ultra VIP looks fun though as it includes a home-cooked kiwi-style BBQ dinner with GGG founders Chris, Jonathan, and Erik and undisclosed special guests.
You can check out the schedule of the convention above. If you wish to participate or buy tickets to ExileCon head on over to this link. If we had the budget we would’ve loved to join.
