Razer just announced the closure of their digital game selling platform, Razer Game Store. It’s set to close this coming February 28th at 1am Pacific Time.
According to Razer’s official statement, the closure is part of the company’s realignment plans. Despite the store closure, Razer’s virtual credit system, Razer Gold, will still be operational. Customers won’t be losing access to the games they’ve bought so long as they activate the keys before February 28.
As for those who pre-ordered games that will launch after Feb.28, rest assured that Razer will still deliver you the goods. They’re also recommending you use your discount vouchers before the date of closure.
